MAGALLANES SCIENCE AND HERITAGE CENTER

The story of the Magallanes Heritage Hall began on December 9, 2020, as a modest space born from a big dream: to create a dedicated sanctuary for the children of Magallanes to connect with their roots. Filled with carefully crafted dioramas and rich exhibits, the hall brought local culture, heritage, and traditional livelihoods to life. Beyond simply displaying artifacts, it stood as a heartfelt tribute to the ancestors, honoring the enduring values and spirit they passed down through generations. The overarching hope was simple yet profound, to instill a deep sense of collective pride in the youth, guiding them to grow into true "Marhay na Syudadano" (good citizens) of Magallanes. As the years passed, the impact of the space grew far beyond its original walls. On February 8, 2026, the Heritage Hall turned an exciting new page in its journey by opening its doors at a much larger, expanded location. Now featuring upgraded showcases and broader displays, the new hall stands ready to welcome an even wider audience, keeping the vibrant story and living legacy of the Magalleno people alive for years to come.
